  • Winter and Spring (November 1 - March 31): 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM  

  • Summer and Autumn (January 1 - October 31): 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM  

  • Weekends and Public Holidays: Extended hours until 11:30 AM  


At Ba Dinh Square, you can also witness the daily flag-raising ceremony at 6:00 AM and the flag-lowering ceremony at 9:00 PM.
