This cooking class can be taken either in the morning or afternoon upon your request. The morning class is from 8.30AM to 13.00PM, the afternoon class is from 14.30PM to 19.00PM.

We offer different cooking programs, including those from cooking schools and those provided by private home chefs. Please contact us for more details.
8:30 AM: Get picked up from your hotel and transfered to the cooking class.
9:00 AM: Set the stage for your culinary journey with an enlightening session where our expert chefs introduce you to the intricacies of the cooking program.
9:15 AM: Take an exciting cyclo ride to a traditional market. Wander through the lively stalls, immersing yourself in the unique ambiance that defines Vietnamese markets. Our chef will be your guide, offering insights into the exotic local seasonings and food materials that form the backbone of our culinary traditions.
10:40 AM: Enter the realm of hands-on experience as the cooking class begins. With the chef as your mentor, learn the intricate techniques of pre-processing and crafting authentic Vietnamese dishes. Revel in the detailed instructions and exclusive recipes that unveil the secrets behind the rich flavors of our cuisine.
12:00 PM: Indulge in the fruits of your labor as you savor the dishes you've prepared during the cooking class. Let your taste buds dance with satisfaction as you bask in the joy of a memorable and delicious dishes.
Later, get transfered back to your hotel. End of the experience.
